We produce specifically for CCL flat corrugated plastic ducts to be used for post tensioning works. Ducts are constructed from either polyethylene or polypropylene using seamless fabrication methods as per ASTM D3350 and ASTM D4101 requirements. They are produced and delivered in rolls of minimum 750 linear meters for big size ducts and minimum 1200 linear meters for small size ducts. Ducts are produced in three dimensions: 48mm x 21mm for XF10 tendons, 75mm x 21mm for XF20 tendons and 92mm x 21mm for XF30 tendons.

Moreover, we also produce specifically for CCL polystyrene pocket formers to be used in post tensioning works in three dimensions XF10, XF20 and XF30.”
